So I still come here from time to time and look around and enjoy the art all of which I am envious of. To have a talent like that would be amazing.
I figured I might give a little background on myself being as I don't think I've done that here. I just recently turned 30, I'm happily married to "HenleyCP" and we have our amazing and beautiful daughter Hannah who keeps me in awe. I grew up in Southern California, graduated early from High School, went to community college earned my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and my teaching credentials. I then moved to Colorado finished my education thus earning myself a BS in mathematics and a minor in physics. I was a financial analyst for a while, and very successful at it. I also was helping Chanel Rene build a new online modeling business which was very successful and as far as I know still is, she got busy with her life and I moved on so we don't keep in touch nearly as much as we did. She is now a very successful photographer in the SoCal area you should look her up if you need a good photog!!!("The Eyes Have It II" in my 'favs' is a photo Chanel took of me during a photo shoot in the summer of 2005)
Then I met "HenleyCP" and my life forever changed.
"Henley CP" and I met online playing DDO (Dungeons and Dragons Online. Our toons on the Fernia Server where "Chloe" and "Justyn Case". ~baquitania was gracious enough to make portraits of them for us, you can find them amongst my 'favs'.) Our relationship grew into something more, we met in person, I moved from CO to NC to be with him and all within a time span of five months. At the eight month mark, we were married, and then at the tenth month mark he was deployed to Iraq but not before getting me pregnant at the ninth month mark. Things may have been moving fast, but it didn't seem like it then, nor does it now. Not one regret.
With a new baby on the way and a husband in Iraq, I set up house in NC. I hated being away from him then extensions happened, and extra three months and I hated it even more. He missed the birth of our daughter but was able to come home on emergency leave due to complications I was having, Hannah was born four weeks early. He then ventured back to Iraq leaving Hannah and I on our own for a while but he was always with us in spirit. We didn't get those nice phone calls some others get, in fact I didn't hear his voice for over five months straight but that did allow us to write and write we did. Letters, notes, poems and then eventually the Army allowed him to come home. A few months later and he was finally out of the Army after serving almost nine years, surviving three tours to Iraq and being extended on his contract three times and about a year and a half.
He found a new job in the civilian world doing what he did in the Army and making more money so we moved to SC where life has been good for us. We stopped playing DDO before he ever went to Iraq but then started playing City of Heroes/Villains.
Hannah is up and walking now, learning to speak, has ALL her teeth in, playing dress up and getting into EVERYTHING and of course we are still playing CoX. We've managed to get our own little modest, but busy and thriving, SG going on the Virtue Server called "Avante Guard". We've met some great people on the Virtue server and made some new friends. **Must remember to get some decent photos of Charleigh on here**.
Life in our house... well it makes me smile just thinking about the love we have in this house and all the laughs we share we truly are blessed to have found one another and our extended family is so supportive and loving. The hubster's job allows me to stay at home with Hannah and we are planning another child within the year as well as buying a house and finally settling down. The best is yet to come....

She came at me in sections -- more curves than a scenic railway. She was bad. She was dangerous. I wouldn't trust her any farther than I could throw her. She was selling hard, but I wasn't buying.~ Tony Hunter
